Due to the un-predictable nature of the on-going postal strike and to help ensure your child doesn’t loose their temporarily held slot for the next term starting in January due to delayed or missing booking letters to or from the Aquatots office, we need your help to ensure that your booking form and cheque reach the office safely and in time for the booking deadline of Tuesday 1^st December. We are therefore requesting that you join with us to help ensure our booking systems into the winter term run smoothly, by simply picking up the booking documents at the pool site from your Instructor as soon as possible and than returning them back directly to your Instructor again within the dead line - by hand only, using the AquaMail box provided at your pool site.

Hello Sevenoaks Swimmers,

Sadly as your text explained we will now not be able to swim on the following dates:

Friday - 23rd October

Saturday - 17th & 24th October

This is due to the hospital having to do a large re-cabling job which has forced the hydrotherapy section to shut for a couple of weeks. We are very sorry for the delay this will cause to your term but below are the make up dates for your classes.

Friday - 18th December

Saturday - 19th December & 9th January

Hello Sunbury swimmers,

Hopefully you've all now recieved the letter explaining about the ongoing delays at Sunbury. Sadly the pool is not going to be available to us until February. We wish to apologise to you for this delay.

We have, however, transferred your swimming to a lovely pool in Worcester Park, where we will run the term from Saturday 17th October. We've tried as best as possible as well to keep you at a swim time similar to Sunbury.

We hope that you can come and swim with us at Worcester Park, a pool which was refurbished roughly 18 months ago and truly is a lovely facility.

New Course Fee - Minimal Price Increase - October 09, Autumn Term

Aquatots, has to announce a new course fee increase of 3 pounds fifty pence per swimmer per term. The rise in course fees has unfortunately occurred due to the continued increase of some pool hire fees. The swimming pools are keen to express that the increase in hire charges are in direct proportion to the rise of the cost of fossil fuels required to heat the swimming pools. Aquatots, always try to find ways of avoiding an increase of our course fees at anytime and appreciate doing so now in the current economic climate may not be a wisest of decisions. Price increases are not something that we have choose to just do with out much thought and consideration. Aquatots, have absorbed the costs of the hire fees throughout the current year. However, some of the more recent rises in pool hire have resulted in some pool sites just tipping to not break even. As a result, to cover the majority of increased pool hire costs, we have marginally increased our per lesson fee by 39 pence per lesson.

We hope you, our swimmers will try to understand, not only, why we have had to implement the current increase, but consider we have tried to keep the rise to an absolute minimum. Please do not hesitate to contact us at the office to discuss if in the current climate, an option to divide the course fee payment into two equal monthly payments of 56.25 would help to ease with the payment and be of assistance. If you wish to take this easy pay option, please just send in two cheques. We will bank them a month apart.

Hello Tadworth Swimmers,

Unfortunately there will be no swimming this weekend the 15th & 16th August. This is due there being a problem with loose tiles in the pool which needed addressing immediately. The pool is being completely drained so that the work can be done and the pool will be back fully working on the following weekend. We have arranged for there to be a make up sossion for our swimmers on the 3rd and 4th October. we are very sorry about this disruption to your term but when these issues are resolved we hope to finish the term without any furhter delays.

Hello Sunbury Swimmers,

We have recieved an update from the Sunbury pool regarding the problems with the pool water filtration system.

Unfortunately there will not be swimming at the Sunbury pool this coming Saturday the 22nd August. There have been some complications with the work and so there has been a delay.

We apologize for the continued delays, we are very hopeful that we will be swimming very soon. Please keep checking the website for further updates, and we appreciate your patience, we are doing everything we can to start swimming as soon as we are able.

We finally have some news in regards to the Summer term at Petts Wood. We sadly will not be able to run a summer term due to long-standing commitments of both the new and old  pool owners as well as the delay in the exchange date.

The great news is that we will be able to run our Autumn term there, starting early on Tuesday the 15th and Wednesday the 16th September. The swim days at Petts Wood have also changed, with Mondays now no longer available and being  replaced with Tuesdays.

For all of our swimmers that have already booked onto the summer term we wish to apologize greatly, and we have written to you today with a full explanation and with the new Autumn term dates.

Once again we are sorry for any inconvinience caused to our swimmers, and hope to see you at Petts Wood in September.

AquaTots is proud to announce that we have had yet another record breaking number of bookings for the Spring term. We are now swimming an amazing 2130 swimmers each week across our 27 pools. We are also very pleased to welcome 375 new level 1 Ducklings to the AquaTots program. We would like to say a big thank you to all the swimmers that re-booked with us and welcome our new swimmers. We do hope everybody is enjoying their term so far!

AquaTots would like to say a huge conratulations to one of our instructors. Helen Wilcock who teaches at Cheam, Osterley, Chiswick and Worcester Park ran this years Flora London marathon in just over 4 and a half hours. Helen was running for the charity Children With Leukaemia and has raised over £2400, of which £600 was raised by her AquaTots swimmers. Helen would like to thank all those who have donated and is looking forward to seeing her swimmers this week.

Aqua Tots is proud to annouce that from our Spring term starting in April we will have 2 new pools in Caterham & Carshalton.

The Caterham pool is in Marden Lodge School, and has just been fully refurbished, and re-built with new changing facilities. There is also plenty of off road parking within the school grounds for our swimmers to use.

We will have levels 1 -5 available at Caterham from the Spring term on a Saturday.

The Carshalton pool is in a private residence and has plenty of nearby parking. We will be swimming there through the week on, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Aqua Tots is also proud to announce that for our Winter term 2009 we are swimming over 2000 babies a week. This is the second term running we have achieved this feat and would like to thank all of our swimmers.
