Most of our instructors say they became AquaTots Professionals simply because they love the program. Many have enjoyed swimming their babies with AquaTots.

Becoming an Aqua Tots Instructor is the most fun and rewarding challenge. You will enjoy learning how to become a member of the most inspiring Professional Teaching Team in Baby Swimming.
Our training program sets the benchmark within the industry, it is fun and easy to follow and upon completion you will deservedly join our elite team of instructors.

The Instructor Training Program contains two parts:
- Assistant Instructor Course
- Instructor Development Course.
You will even earn your Paediatric First Aid Certificate included in the program.
Both your courses maybe completed over a single Aqua Tots term. Upon completion of both sections you will be certified to teach the AquaTots Baby Swimming Program for Levels 1-7.
All instructor candidates attend our Training Centre located in Selsdon Surrey for seven days, conveniently run over three separate weekends. You will then study further with an AquaTots Instructor Development Trainer at the most conveniently located pool for you.
For those who travel from far away, you may now complete the in pool training sessions of your IDC, at one of our AquaTots Swim Centres local to you, for example: Whyteleafe, Selsdon, Hildenborough, Sevenoaks, Ottershaw, Sunbury and Sunningdale.
Completing your Assistant Instructor training, you will head off for your pool training at the start of the teaching term, attending weekly pool sessions / baby classes of 3 1/2 hours duration. Upon completion of your training you will be awarded with the AquaTots Baby Swimming Instructor Ranking and look forward to teaching your very own babies !
